Hello. I am Sheo, the person behind Docuconverter.

This is the first post on our blog. It is short on purpose.

Why this blog exists

Docuconverter is a free online tool for working with PDFs and office files. People in India, and in many other countries, use it every day to sign contracts, share study notes, and send invoices.

Most posts on this blog will fall into one of three groups.

Short guides on common tasks. How to sign a PDF. How to merge two files. How to make a PDF smaller for email.
Notes on what we are building. New tools, fixes, and the reasons behind a change.
Plain-language explainers on file formats. What is a PDF. Why Word documents look different on different computers.

We will not write filler. If a post does not help you finish a task, it does not belong here.

Who this is for

This blog is for the people who already use Docuconverter, and for anyone who needs a free PDF tool that respects their time.

We write for readers in many languages. Each post is translated into Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Indonesian, and Russian. The translations are machine-assisted and reviewed for clarity. If you spot a mistake in your language, please write to support@docuconverter.in and we will fix it.

What stays the same

The core tools stay free. We do not watermark files. We do not ask for your card before you can download. Files are deleted within one hour after you finish using them.

If we ever change one of those promises, we will say so on this blog, with at least sixty days of notice. No quiet edits.
